I ordered wool for my neighbour , as she couldn’t get what she wanted anywhere , we found it at Diannes , which was great , it arrived iin a couple of days , great service wold definitely recommend , I’ve order more wool myself

Very satisfied. Royal Mail tracking and update worked well.
Service has been excellent.
Only negative is that the wool does smell slightly musty. Hopefully this will disappear.

Admin reply: We have contacted the customer about this. We pointed out the balls brought had only just arrived from the supplier and this particular yarn does have an odour. We assume something in the process creates it, which our warehouse manager has said smells like a farmyard and that she quite likes it :-) The customer has replied to say they understand and have already started using the yarn.
