The website is not the best. I did wonder if it was a real site.

The wool was a good price And I was communication that my payment had been taken and that the wool had been posted.

We have been online since February 2000 and our website design has only changed a little since then. A couple of years ago we changed the website to be responsive, so phones and tablets could use the website.

We did a survey among existing customers to ask if they wanted us to go database driven like all the other sites, or stay looking different. The overwhelming majority said they liked that we looked different because they knew they were shopping with us

We have tested a database driven site for our Craft Kits and Gifts website which you can compare via the links below.
