The parcel was delivered with good, clear notification of its imminent arrival. It was well-packaged to protect the goods (although it would be much better if you could replace plastic with biodegradable bags in the packaging). The colours of the yarn are rich, pleasing and inspirational. The pattern book I ordered is exciting and something I cannot find in high street shops. All this - at a reasonable price!

We have just received some samples of biodegradable Mail Bags and will be checking the prices soon.
We have not been able to find a good waterproof alternative to the inner bags yet. We know some suppliers use organza or paper bags, but we think being waterproof is important.

Thanks for sending me the knitting pattern. I had tried everywhere and was told it was out of stock, but thanks to you, I can now knit my daughter the cardigan.
