We did see some stuff in a trade mag before xmas that you paint on and takes hours to dry but then is like the non-slip sox you can buy. You can put your own pattern on then.
Carole is going to the Stitches Trade Show week after next - I will ask her to keep an eye out for anything like this.

Hi
You can get iron on dogs/cats paw prints to put on the bottom of socks etc. They are called Regia Iron on Brake Stops and you can get them from
www.dragonyarns.co.uk for £3.06 a pack of 8.

Hi
if anyone is interested have found another one as well. DYLON 3D paint puff works out quite cheap, just squeeze it on let it dry and warm it up with a hairdryer was about £1.70

We didn't find any at Stitches today but we haven't been through all the catalogues we collected yet.
We did see some nice knitting needles made by Knit Pro. We were thinking of getting perhaps some of the Interchangeable Packs in stock.
What do you think?
We also saw some new James C.Brett Marble Chunky colours and a new yarn which is replacing their Soft and Gentle. There are also some new colours in the JCB Merino DK and some new pattern leaflets. We will order them all as soon as we can.
I will repeat this post in the coming soon page too

Hi, I just knitted some socks for my grand daughter and wanted to make them non slip, we searched on line and found an answer which suggested squeezing on blobs or squiggles of fabric paint, not tried it yet but plan to give it a go. Jan
