Crochet pattern

Hi,
I'm looking for a crochet pattern of a hooded top, I think the pattern was either Lee target or Lister, there are 2 jackets on the cover both in blue & white, one is a pullover hoodie and the other a hooded cardigan.
If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
