The parcel price has not gone up by much the last 2 years so we can still manage to keep our maximum P+P for Parcels at £3.80.
We are still able to offer FREE P+P on orders over £40.
However the Large Letter price has risen by a ridiculous amount. We pay a flat rate for all large letters up to 750g, so it costs us the same to send 1 Pattern Leaflet or 11 Pattern Leaflets. With the price we pay now above what we charge we have had to look seriously at these costs. Reluctantly we have taken the decision to rise the price to £2.99, but only for 1 or 2 pattern leaflets, where we have been making hardly any profit. Once you get to 3 pattern leaflets we make a small amount of profit and are happy to continue to have the P+P price of £2.65 for those larger orders. We can get about 11 patterns in a Large Letter size so the £2.65 will continue up to 11 patterns.
Some books and accessories, which also fit in the Large Letter size, are at the reduced £2.65 P+P price, but we will be keeping an eye on those to check we are not losing money, we are still a business even if our main focus is Customer Service
