Holiday Opening Hours 2025/26
The DKY Warehouse & CPU Office will close at 1.30pm on Friday 19th December 2025 and will re-open at 9.30am Tuesday 6th January 2026. We will be fully closed on all days between those dates. The telephone will not be manned but we will try to answer emails if we can. The Shopping Basket will state our opening days & hours during the holiday weeks.
The Shopping Basket will still be active so you can place your orders as normal at any time over the holidays. Your details will be held on a 128 encryption Secure Server until we re-open. Unfortunately you will not be able to phone your card details while the office is closed.
Any orders received after 1.30pm on Friday 19th December 2025 will not be posted until Tuesday 6th January 2026. when normal service will resume.
All these dates are subject to stock availability and may be changed if there are unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-Order
The last date for ordering Special Pre-order Items for possible UK delivery before Xmas (subject to stock availability) WAS 1.30pm on Tuesday 9th December 2025.
Please remember that any order containing a Pre-order item will be delayed until that item has come in stock - if you want the rest of the order quicker please put in a separate order. The delay on Pre-orders will be extended to approx 6 weeks over the holidays as all our suppliers close down for a couple of weeks so we cannot order until they re-open in January 2026.
Website Updates
There may not be any updates to the website from 23rd December 2025 to 2nd January 2026 as the Webmaster may not be working. Please do understand that some items may go out of stock, or special offers sell out, during this time - we will notify you as soon as we can.
All Staff at CPU Enterprises, Dianne's Knitting Yarns, Craft Bits & Craft Kits wish you Happiness over this holiday time and a Prosperous New Year
